If for any reason you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. We recommend initiating your return as soon as possible to ensure we can process it within the timeframe.

Please note that the return timeframe is calculated from the delivery date, not the purchase date. If you have concerns about your item, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team right away.

Eligible Items for Return

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • Unused condition: Items must be in new, unused condition with all tags and labels attached
  • Original packaging: Items must be in their original packaging with all included materials
  • Proof of purchase: Items must be accompanied by the original receipt, order confirmation email, or proof of purchase
  • Complete items: All parts, accessories, and components must be included
  • No damage: Items must be free from any damage, wear, or signs of use

If your item doesn't meet these criteria, we may refuse the return or offer a partial refund based on the condition of the item.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned for hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:

  • Personalized or custom-made items: Products that have been personalized, engraved, or customized to your specifications

Return Process

  4. Ship the item: Ship the item back to us using the provided shipping address and method. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your protection.
  5. Track your return: Keep your shipping tracking number until your refund is processed.

Important: Returns sent without a Return Authorization number may experience delays in processing. Please ensure you have received authorization before shipping your return.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. Here's what you need to know:

  • Inspection period: We typically inspect returned items within 3-5 business days of receipt
  • Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase

Exchanges
